Pop up and revitalise Prestwich

Press release -

Pop up and revitalise Prestwich

Prestwich Town Team are looking to revitalise the high street.

They are looking to host a pop up shop in the Longfield Shopping Centre as a one stop shop for information and a place for small, local businesses to display their wares and get off the ground in retail.

The group also aim for this space to be a place to come together, learn and share as well as socialise in the heart of the village.

The group have put together a survey to find out what you want from this resource and how you would use it, so that it gets your full support.

The shop would rely entirely on being manned by volunteers and is most likely to open for 3 days a week initially.

Case studies show that these shops are valuable resources for local communities. Please help the group by completing this short online survey - http://bit.ly/10EWBWs.
