Lund University gives the student counsellors coach training

At the Faculty of Engineering, LTH, at Lund University (in Lund, Sweden) the student counsellors are being trained according to ICF professional coach standards.

LTH is in the frontline when it comes to new ways of thinking and working for the benefit of the students. That is why they chose to give their student counsellors a coach training from CoachWalk Academy.

”The management of LTH has chosen to actively focus on student counselling when new projects about student career planning is being implemented”, says Elisabet Gersbro-Bülow, responsible for student counselling at LTH.

”The student councellors has been given the opportunity to learn new, modern methods and get completely new tools to push the development of student counselling  to new levels, with coaching as an important piece”, she continues.
