Swedish National Police Board chooses ComAround Self Service™ tool

The Swedish National Police Board is working on streamlining its operations, and as part of this work a decision has been made to introduce a web-based self service system. This service will be used to enhance service levels to more than 28 000 staff working for the Swedish National Police Board, while at the same time relieving the pressure on the support team when it comes to dealing with recurring IT and business issues. The service can be accessed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

ComAround Enterprise™ helps end users, support organisations and IT departments the world over to maintain more accessible, more efficient support and better service while cutting costs. Among other things, this service has proven to be invaluable in respect of migrations and switches to new software versions and provision of a knowledge base for the support department, but also as a long-term support solution.
