Death by a MILLION cuts: is curtailing legal aid killing the UK?

It paints the stark reality of what happens when a government cuts a fundamental human right, legal representation, in an ever increasingly litigious society. Would make a great blockbuster if it was fiction; it's a sad documentary that it is the state of things today in the UK.
