Don’t miss this week’s Sunday Brunch program on Channel 4 at 10am, where the program will be featuring one of the Corks Out Grappa’s. The show, which is presented by Tim Lovejoy and renowned chef Simon Rimmer, is packed with fun food and drink ideas, along with celebrity guests and lots of gossip!
Now Grappa is a bit like Marmite, you either love it or you hate it, it’s made by distilling the skins, pulp and seeds of left over grapes from the harvest. This alcoholic drink is quite fragrant and ranges in alcohol from 35%-60% and served as a digestive or after dinner drink as it helps the digestion of heavy meals and is also often added to an espresso coffee.
