THE DUSTAPHONICS: London "Rockarolla" stars celebrate 10 years | 229 THE VENUE

The Dustaphonics just got back in the capital from their 8th Spanish tour and a sold out show in Madrid, where Dustaphonics ‘ Rhythm Dynamite is mucho loved in the whole of Spain! The Dustaphonics project took place at the music collective Raison D’Etre London and was born in Hackney in 2008 when US B movie cult actress Tura Satana (Russ Meyer Faster Pussy cat kill kill) asked Yvan Serrano aka DJ Healer Selecta Freestyle Records to create some songs for her new movie.

The first one was Tura Satana “Miss Japan Beautiful” co write by Serrano and Time Out’s Journalist Simone Baird and sang by Aina Roxx Since then Dustaphonics have released many sold out albums and singles and have done gigs all over London, the UK and Europe from small clubs to massive festival stages with the same positive energy sharing the passion and their finest vintage now sound of surf’n’soul’n’rock’n’roll. Is gonna be one hell of a bash, an unique show presented by 229 the Venue celebrating 10 glorious years of that unique London ’s band. 

On Stage Aina Roxx, Hayley Red, Gizelle Smith, Micheal Jablonka, Yvan Serrano will share the microphone, Yvan Serrano on the Guitar, Dan Whaley , Micheal Jablonka, Devid Dell Aeria on Bass, Bruce Brand, Mark Claydon, Mike Thorne on drums, Mark Norton on Sax, and more, Dirty Water Records is re-issuing the Dustaphonics cult album, the sold out “Big Smoke London Town” and will be available to be signed after the show.

We will of course keep on Rockin’ Boogaloo after the show with top cats DJ PJ Dirty Water and Paul Strutter who will supply the finest vintage party music to dance till 1 am. And cult British 90’s Instrumental band The Charles Napiers to open the party. Voila One night only London, come and join the fun why dontcha?
