The good, the bad and the average: new research series for 2013
With a New Year under way, elephant communications is kicking off a new research series for 2013: Heroes and Villains.
The new study will examine UK consumer attitudes to 16 industry sectors that they have dealings with on a wide range of topics, such as customer service, trust and environment issues. There will be at least six editions of the new research series during 2013 and in addition to reports for clients, an insight event will be held in the spring for in-house communications teams.
Guy Bellamy, Managing Director at elephant commented: “Rather than get consumers to tell us which brands they like, we were keen to do something quite different and adopt a much broader sector by sector approach. We don’t adhere to a sector structure at elephant because we often encourage brands to look outside their own sector for best practice and our new research series will help clients explore this further.”
"During the autumn months, we carried out some test research and the findings were very interesting. As a result we have committed to exploring this sector study more extensively during 2013."
The new series is an addition to the other themed research probes that the elephant team undertook in 2012, all of which will continue during 2013.
