Celebration of Achievement at ellenor

ellenor’s recent Celebration of Achievement evening was an opportunity to thank and acknowledge the hard work and commitment of its staff and volunteers. As Mo Tutty, ellenor’s Chairman of Trustees, said in the programme: “Although patients and their families are at the heart of all we do, tonight is all about recognising the effort, skill, determination and commitment of ellenor staff and volunteers.”

The academic achievements of both staff and volunteers were recognised on the evening and there were awards for people across the organisation, including partnership working and personal achievement. The team award went to ellenor’s wonderful catering team, while the Carol Stone Outstanding Contribution Award was presented to Bev Collins, who is part of ellenor’s home care team.

ellenor couldn’t provide the support it does without its volunteers and a special award went to a hardworking couple, Roy and Diane Debnam, who between them go above and beyond for ellenor.
