  • Cox and Mousley to captain England Lions in UAE

    Jordan Cox and Dan Mousley will captain the England Lions’ T20 and 50-over squads respectively during next month’s white-ball series against Pakistan Shaheens in the United Arab Emirates.
    The selectors have named a 17-player squad for the three-match T20 series, with a 16-player squad announced for the five 50-over matches.

    The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has announced the updated Central Contract list for England Men’s international cricket.

  • Lions to play Pakistan Shaheens in white-ball series

    The England Lions will play eight white-ball matches against Pakistan Shaheens in Abu Dhabi in early 2026.
    The series will consist of three T20s and five 50-over matches. It will be the first time the Lions have played an away white-ball series since touring Sri Lanka in February 2023.

    An 18-player England Lions squad has been named for this winter’s tour of Australia.
    The squad will assemble in Australia in early November ahead of matches in Perth, Canberra and Brisbane.
