Cricket fans can already start planning their 2026 summer with confirmation of the dates for next season’s men’s and women’s Vitality Blast Finals Days.
Following the success of the first-ever Vitality Blast Women’s Finals Day earlier this season, the Kia Oval will again stage the showpiece event on Friday 17 July 2026. A day later EdgBLASTon will then host its 14thsuccessive men’s Vitality Blast Men’s Final Day, on Saturday 18 July 2026.
The men’s and women’s Vitality Blast Finals Days are the unmissable events of the county calendar with all-action drama of three knockout matches to crown the champions.
EdgBLASTon’s famed atmosphere as the home of Vitality Blast Men’s Finals Day is entrenched with sell-out crowds packing the stadium each year, while a record attendance for a women’s county T20 witnessed Surrey win the inaugural women’s Vitality Blast Finals Day against Bears back in July.

Both the men’s and women’s Vitality Blast competitions will have a new look in 2026, highlighted by men’s Vitality Blast Finals Day moving to July.
Both competitions will be played in a block of 12 group-stage matches before the quarter-finals (men’s only) and Finals Days immediately follow.
The men’s competition returns to three groups of six counties, which will provide a greater focus on the historic local rivalries that make the Vitality Blast unlike any other T20 competition in the world.
Yorkshire will join Tier One of the women’s Vitality Blast to create a nine-team competition next season with Finals Day to be expanded to include four teams.
