Luxlait is one of the Supporting Partners of Esch2022

A project like that of a European Capital of Culture does not take place every year in Luxembourg and that is why Luxlait is very pleased to be a partner of Esch2022. In collaboration with Esch2022, Luxlait is launching two limited editions of the UHT shakers in the flavours chocolate and coffee, with a packaging designed by two Luxembourg artists - namely Liz Kummer for the chocolate flavour and Daniel Mac Lloyd for coffee.

When people talk about culture, they usually mean music, art, theatre, etc., but culinary arts are also part of a country's culture. With its history of over 128 years, Luxlait is part of Luxembourg's cultural heritage and its citizens have grown up with Luxlait products. Luxlait has always had a close connection with Luxembourg culture. Kachkéis and the "Rose" butter have become indispensable products, starring in films, songs or comics. Artists such as Jacques Schneider or Lynn Cosyn integrate Luxlait products into their works.

In collaboration with Esch2022, Luxlait is launching two limited editions of the UHT shakers in the flavours chocolate and coffee, with a packaging designed by two Luxembourg artists - namely Liz Kummer for the chocolate flavour and Daniel Mac Lloyd for coffee. These limited editions will be available for about two months and will be given out at selected Esch2022 events. With this partnership, Luxlait is strengthening its collaboration with Luxembourg's cultural scene.

About Esch2022

Esch2022 is the European Capital of Culture 2022, featuring the town of Esch-Alzette, the ten other Luxembourg municipalities of the Pro-Sud union and the eight French municipalities of the CCPHVA region. The slogan of Esch2022 is “Remix Culture”. Production work on the implementation of all of the themes is being carried out in close cooperation with the municipalities, the ministries and other partners. Esch2022 is managed by the association ‘Capitale européenne de la culture 2022 asbl’. In 2022, two other cities in Europe will hold this title: Kaunas in Lithuania and Novi Sad in Serbia.
