ESVAGT awarded Vestas’ ‘Sustainability Supplier of the Year' 2023

Ambitious climate targets and concrete, innovative efforts contributed to Vesta's naming ESVAGT as its ‘Sustainability Supplier of the Year’.

ESVAGT has been awarded 'Sustainability Supplier of the Year' by Vestas at the annual Vestas Supplier Forum.

Explaining the reasons behind ESVAGT being recognised, Vestas highlighted ESVAGT’s continued support for Vestas' climate ambitions and its genuine engagement in turning ambitions into action that makes a real difference:

"ESVAGT is a pioneer in sustainable innovation and is leading the way, both in their daily collaboration with Vestas and, most recently, with the construction of the world's first emission-free Service Operation Vessel (SOV). ESVAGT has a years-long commitment to energy optimization and sets an example to follow in both environmental and social sustainability,"

Accepting the prestigious honor on behalf of ESVAGT, a delighted Chief Strategy & Commercial Officer Søren Karas stated:

"We are proud to receive this award, which means a lot to us. Sustainability is at the core of our strategy, and the award is a great motivation for us to continue developing the most innovative, sustainable, and safe solutions – in collaboration with likeminded ambitious customers such as Vestas. We are looking forward to continuing to further the green agenda with Vestas”. he says.
