Cooperation valued with model ship
Model of ’Esvagt Celina’ is presented to Maersk Oil and Gas.
Maersk Oil and Gas was the company’s first customer when ESVAGT was founded in 1981 and Maersk Oil and Gas and ESVAGT’s cooperation on standby and supply has continued unbroken ever since – without interruption.
“Not only is Maersk Oil and Gas the shipping company’s first customer; it is also an extremely faithful customer,” explains Ib Hansen, Head of Commercial at ESVAGT:
”Maersk Oil and Gas has constantly had ESVAGT vessels on charter, making it a cooperation that has lasted more than 30 years,” he says.
Vessel types and tasks have varied greatly. Over the last few years, Maersk Oil and Gas has chartered ESVAGT’s C-type vessels on several occasions, and the C-type vessels ’Esvagt Capella’ and ’Esvagt Claudine’ are currently on charter to Maersk Oil and Gas in the Danish sector of the North Sea.
ESVAGT has therefore acknowledged this cooperation with a model of a C-type vessel; 'Esvagt Celina'.
