ESVAGT donates Christmas presents to hospital clowns
105 sailors and office staff at ESVAGT chose to tick the box marked “Esbjerg Hospital Clowns” when they selected their Christmas present from the shipping company. 52,500 Danish kroner was handed over to clowns, Fiola and Sally.

This is how sailor, Lars Christensen, described ticking the box next to “Esbjerg Hospital Clowns” when he chose his Christmas present from the shipping company this year
104 of his fellow colleagues did the same, making it possible to donate a cheque for 52,500 Danish kroner to Fiola and Sally the clowns. The cheque was handed over during a visit to the ship’s hospital on board the ’Esvagt Cobra’.
This donation will help make it possible for Fiola, the hospital clown, and Sally, the apprentice clown, to visit children in Esbjerg three times a week.
“It is a big deal for an organisation like ours when a company and its employees choose to donate a large amount to our work. ESVAGT’s donation will help make sure that we can continue to visit children in hospital in Esbjerg,” explained Kenneth Øhrberg, director for Danish Hospital Clowns.
