ESVAGT implements anti-bribery rules

ESVAGT has implemented a new anti-corruption procedure that meets the requirements of the UK Bribery Act.

“Meeting the guidelines and standards of the UK Bribery Act was straightforward. They were well aligned with the way in which we have always behaved,” says Head of Commercial for ESVAGT, Ib Hansen:

“We initiated the procedure to signal to our customers that we follow the rules. In practise, it means that we must report when we host a customer dinner or are invited out to eat or to an arrangement. We also have to report any gifts that exceed a certain value,” says Ib Hansen:

“It is important that we signal that we keep to the straight and narrow. We want to compete on entirely fair grounds within our markets - and this step signals just that,” he says.
