Press release -
(VIDEO) European Consumer Claims (ECC) client testimony. Paul Agar. Anfi Del Mar. Compensation claim
This is the video testimony of ECC client Paul Agar. Paul, and wife Domenica, bought a timeshare membership from ANFI Del Mar in Gran Canaria in 2005. Their contract was illegal, as they paid a deposit on the day.
ECC claimed compensation from ANFI on their behalf of £16,725 so far, and several thousand pounds still pending.
Mr and Mrs Agar only wanted to be free of the commitment to paying ever rising annual fees to ANFI. ECC did free them from the contract, with the added bonus of the compensation payment.
