After closely following the work of Campaign for Learning for several years, and particularly the National Awareness Day - "Learning at Work Day", Findcourses.co.uk formed a strategic partnership with Campaign for Learning to help more workplaces get involved in this great day.

“Through LAW Day, the Campaign for Learning aims to draw attention to the importance of workplace learning and skills, work that is closely in line with our own goals to promote the benefits of Professional Development training for companies”, remarked Kate Butterworth, Site Manager at Findcourses.co.uk.

Learning at Work (LAW) Day has been taking place annually since 1999 and is part of Adult Learners' Week. Each year, thousands of workplaces take part in National Learning at Work Day, which is the biggest celebration of learning and development in and through the workplace.

“We see the immediate benefits of LAW Day for companies as it is the perfect opportunity to motivate employees to learn as part of a National Campaign. In just one day organisation’s can engage their employees in learning, especially those staff that may not usually participate in current learning opportunities” commented Kate Butterworth, Site Manager at Findcourses.co.uk.

Through our matchmaking service, Findcourses.co.uk will help put HR Managers, Learning & Development Coordinators and Workplaces in contact with relevant training providers that are both looking to take part in the day. “We’ve already had a plethora of workplaces and training providers registering their interest in our matchmaking services for LAW Day. Our goal is to help organise as many events as possible, we’ll be available by telephone and email to support organisation’s in the lead up to the day” stated Kate Butterworth.

It is a free site for HR Managers, Learning & Development Coordinators, training buyers, employers and employees as well as individuals looking for professional and personal development courses and training to help them achieve their goals.
