Come and meet the 'Recruiter of the Year 2013 & 2014' at the NHS Confederation Annual Conference 2015

After many successful years exhibiting at the NHS Confederation conference we are very much looking forward to returning again to exhibit this year.

The event, which takes place in just over 2 weeks from the 3-5 June at the ACC Arena in Liverpool, is particularly well timed as it will be the first large scale meeting of healthcare leaders since the general election and a chance to hear about the new Government’s strategy for the NHS.

We will be exhibiting at Stand H65 (see the floorplan here – we are located right by the Confed stand) and our team will be available throughout the conference to assist with any recruitment enquiries you have and are always open to arranging informal meetings away from the stand at the event to discuss enquiries in more depth.

We will also be looking forward to discussing the very successful launch of our ‘Executive Development’ division, in which we are assisting new and established leaders across the health and care system to achieve their full potential, maximise their impact, and contribute more effectively so as to achieve their personal and organisational objectives.

Neil Fineberg – Board Level and Executive Appointments - Chief Executive of Finegreen. 

With over 15 years’ experience in this field, Neil has built up a business with excellent networks at the highest level across industries. His particular strengths are in the NHS, Private Healthcare and the International Healthcare arena with some additional strong links into Education, Local Government and large Private Sector providers of services to the Healthcare industry.

John Rostill OBE - Board Level and Executive Appointments

John works with Finegreen in an advisory role, supporting Chief Executive Neil Fineberg and the team with his expertise and knowledge as a former Chief Executive in the healthcare sector.

Donna Larder – Business Manager - Interim Recruitment

Donna’s recruitment career spans over 10 years working for large global recruitment firms, specialising in healthcare since 2007. Originally joining Finegreen to develop the Senior/Executive Clinical Services Division, she now manages a multi-specialism team of consultants covering all healthcare specialisms.

Joe Joyce – Head of Permanent Recruitment

Joe joined us in April 2014 and works closely with our Chief Executive, Neil Fineberg in Finegreen’s ‘Executive Appointments Division’, delivering high profile Executive and Non-Executive assignments for both NHS and private healthcare clients. Managing the delivery of senior management assignments for our extensive and prestigious client base, with over 10 years’ experience recruiting for both public and private sector clients, Joe has gained extensive experience of managing senior appointments and executive search campaigns for a highly diverse and widespread range of organisations.

We are also delighted to be welcoming top award winning magician Paul Roberts who will be joining us on the stand for some light entertainment. Paul has helped elevate the modern art of magic to new levels so do come and watch him in action!

We will also be running a Business Card raffle to win a bottle of Champagne so there will be lots going on at H65!
