Finegreen Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of Hertfordshire Community Trust who are looking to appoint a Director of Finance to their Board. This will be an exceptional opportunity to play a key role in the Trust achieving Foundation status while taking responsibility for a portfolio that covers Finance, Estates & Facilities, Performance & Information, Business Development and Commercial / Contract Management.

HCT is an aspiring Foundation Trust (FT) and the Director of Finance will make a significant contribution in supporting the Trust’s application for FT status. The postholder will be accountable for the Trust’s financial responsibilities, providing financial leadership across the organisation and driving transformational change.
