Our featured job this week is for an NHS Trust based in Yorkshire who are looking to recruit a Director of Workforce on an interim period of initially 3 months.

Key responsibilities will include:

• The Trust's strategic direction in respect of people management and development, is developed and delivered through a range of coherent and cohesive plans, strategies and projects;
• That the Mission, Vision and Values of the Trust and its Integrated Business Plan is delivered through robust line management and strong performance management frameworks to ensure accountability and ownership at all levels;
• That the required workforce planning and educational and training capacity planning and commissioning systems are in place to enable the Trust to meet agreed contractual standards, whilst continuing the transformation of the organisation, culturally, strategically and operationally.
