How to easily find a conference room in an agile meeting culture

A friction trigger in offices today is that employees feel that they get tied up in long and unproductive meetings. To minimize the wasted time, companies in some cases implement an agile meeting culture in which set meetings are kept to a minimum. Instead, these are being replaced by spontaneous meetings where decision-making is key. But to make the agility beneficial, employees must have the right technical equipment to match the mobile environment.

Flowscape’s main feature Flow Map in combination with clever positioning technology, can assist agile employees to book available meeting spots fast. The digital map, gives an overview of all conference rooms or spaces, such as phone booths, in the office.

To make the booking process easy, the map is constructed with the following indicators:

  • Available meeting rooms or desks in green.
  • Booked meeting rooms in red.
  • Non bookable rooms (e.g. phone booths) automatically turn yellow when someone enters them.
  • Important equipment, such as printers or projectors.

When you have found a suitable spot, just click on the map to book!
