Press release -

Oumph! Balls are rolling into Ocado

Thanks to the successful launch of the award-winning plant-based Oumph! in Ocado last year, the world’s largest online grocer store has now added further Oumph! products to its offering, including Oumph! Balls, a plant-based version of classic Swedish meatballs.

“We’re really pleased to be able to offer our customers a new product from Oumph! The Oumph! Balls are an exciting addition to the collection and allow us to extend our huge range of vegetarian and vegan products. It’s great timing that we are able to bring these to customers in Veganuary too", says Tom Gray, Buyer at Ocado.

Oumph! Balls are a real family favourite and will ‘roll’ perfectly into all your favourite dishes. The Oumph! Balls are made from soya. They're high in fibre and free from gluten and dairy. SRRP: £3.50 (280 g) at Ocado.

“We are delighted that Ocado is launching further Oumph! products”, says Domenico Speciale, General Manager for LIVEKINDLY Collective in the UK.

“The Oumph! Balls are exceptional and anyone who loves a great meatball is going to love them. The balls complement the existing Oumph! range available on Ocado.com including Pulled Oumph!Oumph! Kebab Spiced, and Oumph! Smoky Bits, bringing even more choice to consumers."

Oumph!’s sister brands Fry’s and Like Meat are also launching products in Ocado this January. LIVEKINDLY Collective recently acquired No Meat, Iceland Foods’ vegan meat alternative company, and a range of these products are also available in Ocado.

Domenico Speciale comments:

"The rapid growth of plant-based products continues. The brands within the LIVEKINDLY Collective are made to appeal to vegans, vegetarians, flexitarians, meat reducers and meat-eaters alike."
