How important is foot care to people in Germany, how satisfied are they with the condition of their feet, what motivates them to care for their feet, what foot problems do they have and what do they do about them? The GEHWOL foot care trends provide answers. The representative online survey of 1,000 women and men in Germany aged 16 and over (since 2022: Statista) collects data every two years on behalf of Eduard Gerlach GmbH on the foot care awareness and care motivation of German citizens.

GEHWOL Foot Care Trends 2020-2021: Foot care en vogue!

It is not only women and senior citizens who value well-groomed feet. Recently, the importance of foot care has strongly increased in all age groups as well as among men - especially for the sake of keeping feet healthy. This is the result of the GEHWOL foot care trends, a representative online survey by the market research institute Ipsos. Satisfaction with one's own feet remains at a high level.
