Charity teams up with Thameslink to help break cycle of homelessness
A London charity is spearheading a programme to improve the health and wellbeing of people experiencing homelessness close to some of the capital’s railway stations, thanks to a grant made by train operators Thameslink, Southern and Great Northern.
