Saint-Gobain Off-Site Solutions and Hilti Great Britain Collaborate to Advance Timber Construction Excellence
Manchester, UK – Saint-Gobain Off-Site Solutions and Hilti Great Britain have formed a strategic partnership to raise standards in timber construction. The collaboration focuses on delivering measurable improvements in health and safety, productivity, sustainability and digitalisation across Saint-Gobain’s UK off-site operations.
By combining Hilti’s technologies and services with Saint-Gobain’s expertise in off-site manufacturing, the initiative is supporting the UK Government’s target of delivering 1.5 million new homes. It aligns with the Timber in Construction Roadmap and complements the drive to grow the timber and off-site manufacturing industry.
Integrated Solutions Enhancing Delivery
The programme is being rolled out across Saint-Gobain Off-Site entities and includes:
- Hilti Fleet Management: Providing reliable, safe and cost-controlled tools across production and installation sites.
- ON!Track (O!T): A digital asset management platform that improves visibility, traceability and efficiency.
- Health and Safety Enhancements: Offering advanced tool safety features, training and site assessments to reduce risk.
- On-Site Hilti Support: Embedding Hilti professionals within Saint-Gobain teams to enable seamless deployment and continuous improvement.
These solutions are designed to streamline workflows and accelerate the delivery of high-quality homes at scale.
