Schaan (FL), October 2, 2024 – The Hilti Group has achieved a Gold rating in the EcoVadis assessment for the fourth consecutive year. This prestigious recognition places Hilti in the top 2 percent of over 130,000 companies evaluated across all industries worldwide and in the top 1 percent in the industry segment.
Strong growth in a challenging environment for the Hilti Group in 2023. With sales growth of 9.0 percent in local currencies, the Hilti Group outperformed the market. In Swiss francs, growth reached 2.7 percent, reflecting a significantly negative currency impact. The Group’s total 2023 turnover was CHF 6.5 billion.
Hilti has received EcoVadis’ gold rating for the third time in a row. The company was also recognised for its commitment to reducing its CO2 emissions.
Hilti Great Britain has become the latest member of the UK Green Building Council (UKGBC), following a focus on sustainability across the construction solutions company which sees it aim for carbon neutrality by the end of the year, and net zero by 2050.
