There will also be presentations on using modern technology to best effect – for example social networking media which recent research has shown can be very beneficial in communicating with customers but is not used by a large proportion of small businesses. The format of the Conference programme will be very similar to the 2011 event which proved to be very successful, with a mix of useful and informative presentations, but plenty of time for networking and visiting the trade stands.
