Isansys featured in new "Wearable Technology" whitepaper from IMS Research

Isansys is featured in the new whitepaper from leading analyst firm IMS Research. The whitepaper, Wearable Technology – A Global Market Overview, is a complimentary piece of research based on IMS Research's recent report World Market for Wearable Technology – A Quantitative Market Assessment – 2012.

Isansys was interviewed for the whitepaper by Theo Ahadome, Market Analyst for Healthcare IT at InMedica (the medical electronics division of IMS Research). Isansys is profiled within the Wearable Technology Vendor Landscape.

In May, Isansys introduced its Patient Status Engine™ – the first cloud-based patient digitization and analytic solution for monitoring and predicting the present and future clinical status of patients anytime, anywhere. The introduction of the Patient Status Engine provides the platform for Isansys’ “Vitals as a Service™” solution, which is now being offered for priority beta deployments in hospitals and other healthcare facilities.

According to IMS Research, 170 million wearable devices are forecast to be shipped in 2016, with the wearable technology market already attracting a host of suppliers with exciting innovations for a range of applications.
