Isansys’ partner myHealth Sentinel wins award for its visionary leadership and range of leading-edge IT solutions

myHealth Sentinel Pvt Ltd (mHs), a Singapore-based health IT SME, has been named as the winner of the prestigious 2020 Singapore Remote Patient Monitoring Visionary Innovation Leadership Award by Frost and Sullivan.

mHs, which offers its own TeleMetrix cloud-based telehealth service in Singapore and augments this with the Isansys Patient Status Engine (PSE) to give coverage to provide a full service to chronic and acute care patients, triumphed over other finalists to be named the winner by an independent panel of judges. It was given in recognition of the many individuals (employees, customers and investors) making daily choices to believe in the organisation and contribute in a meaningful way to its future.

William Chew, Managing Director of mHs, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have won this award. We view ourselves as long-term partners to the community of healthcare providers and this recognition clearly highlights the high quality of customer service we offer. Our company’s core values foster a company culture of mutual respect and teamwork. We each have the power to make a positive different in the lives of others and our larger society. The ‘5+C’s that matter the most at mHs are creativity, courage, collaboration, communication and commitment.”

As well as winning this accolade, the company has recently been named as Healthcare Insights of the Year for its work in offering a range of leading-edge IT solutions which enable healthcare providers to digitise, manage and share patient vital sign data from the ‘point-of-care’ across their extended healthcare ecosystem.

mHS partnered with Isansys Lifecare in 2018 to offer the PSE, a wireless, wearable, continuous patient data capture and analysis platform, in Singapore.

Keith Errey, CEO of Isansys, said: “We were delighted to team up with mHS to bring the benefits of the PSE to the healthcare providers and people of Singapore. With a unique combination of market know-how, technical expertise and existing customer base, we knew mHS was the perfect partner for us as we continue our global expansion.”
