Gender Pay Gap Report 2020

At Lindab Ltd we aim to ensure that all people are treated equally at work irrespective of gender and we firmly believe in promoting equality and diversity amongst our workforce.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the UK Government suspended the statutory reporting requirement for the 2018/2019 period but has reintroduced the requirement for the 2019/2020 period and we again welcome the opportunity to gap levels within our business.

All statistics published in this report have been compiled using the standard methodogiest set out in the regulations based on a 'snapshot date' of the 5th April 2020, with reference to the ACAS guidelines where appropriate.
