Active London conference returns as online event in September

Active London – the largest conference wholly dedicated to the physical activity and sport sector in London – will return on the 21 and 22 September 2021 as an online event.

The challenging last 12 months have brought out the best in people and organisations throughout London with many new and innovative approaches to ensure Londoners remain active.

Active London will recognise the changed landscape and delve into the new attitudes, expectations and communication methods which will impact whether Londoners are active or not.

The two-day online conference will focus on a series of themes that look at how to Reconnect, Rebuild and Reactivate for the better, specifically:

• Embracing Innovation
• Building Stronger Communities
• Rebuilding Active Spaces and Environments
• Using digital to inspire Londoners to take action
• Physical Activity and Sport's contribution to Young Londoners' mental wellbeing

A comprehensive line-up of inspirational speakers, panel discussions and interactive workshops will be released later in the summer when ticket registrations will open.

In the meantime, professional and community organisations, decision makers and policymakers, are encouraged to register their interest in Active London to ensure they receive all the latest updates.
