Press release -

MEABC’S Virtual Jobs Fair has hundreds of vacancies to be filled

Job hunters are being encouraged to sign up to Mid and East Antrim Borough Council’s (MEABC) Virtual Jobs Fair this Thursday 12 November from 9am to 5.45pm.

Hundreds of jobs across a range of industries are up for grabs, with employers on hand to explain the process for applying throughout the day.

Participants registering for the event can select to hear from local employers and from support organisations on CV preparation, interview techniques and application advice.

“With vacancies in health and social care, engineering, food processing, accountancy, administration, sales and more, this is the perfect way to engage with potential employers”, according to Mayor, Councillor Peter Johnston.

“If you are on the lookout for work, or considering a change in your career path, I would encourage you to sign up and join one of the many free sessions taking place as part of the Virtual Jobs Fair. Please check out the event brochure to plan which employers you want to hear from.
