Estate agent Natalie praised for ‘going the extra mile’ during the season of goodwill

 

WHILE customer satisfaction is high on Harrison Murray’s list of priorities – one member of the estate agency team has been praised by the company for going above and beyond the call of duty.

 

Enderby’s Natalie Worley received personal thanks from satisfied customer Hayley Maylon not only for helping to sell her property where another agent had failed, but in taking away the hassle and stress that moving home can sometimes cause.

 

Natalie kept in regular contact with mum-of-two Hayley, offering updates and support throughout the process.

 

Her dedication and customer commitment was fed back to Harrison Murray through the Customer Feedback Questionnaire, prompting a letter of thanks to Natalie from managing director Nick Salmon.

 

Negotiator Natalie said: “We were delighted to get the right result for Hayley and I do see it as a real team effort – that’s just the way we work in Enderby. However, it is really warming to get individual praise.”

 

Hayley used Harrison Murray to sell her Enderby home, and, living so close to the office, was regularly greeted at the branch for face-to-face updates.

 

She said: “I was extremely impressed with the service I received from the Enderby branch of Harrison Murray. After 13 weeks and no sale with another estate agent, Harrison Murray were much more pro-active and managed to sell my property within six weeks.

 

“I was kept informed of the sale progress throughout and Natalie consistently went above and beyond the call of duty to help the sale happen smoothly. I would strongly recommend Harrison Murray."
