Mobile Loyalty plc. planerar andelsbyte till nybildat svenskt holding bolag

Malmö, 31 mars 2014 – Mobile Loyalty plc, (Aktietorget ”MOBI SDB”)(”Bolaget”) meddelar idag att man planerar att föra över verksamheten till ett nybildat svenskt holdingbolag med samma ägarstruktur som i Mobile Loyalty plc. Det nya holdingbolaget skall listas på AktieTorget och handeln i aktierna kommer att ersätta den handel i depåbevis som sker idag. Transaktionen sker som ett andelsbyte.
