Niam sells the remaining 27.5% of Sektor Gruppen

Niam signed an agreement to sell the remaining shares of Sektor Gruppen to the three other owners, (i) NorgesGruppen through Joh. Handel Eiendom 1 AS, (ii) Varner Gruppen through Varner Invest AS and (iii) Home Invest through K&S Holding AS. Niam acquired Sektor Gruppen in 2010, and then reduced its stake from 100% to 27.5% in 2012.
