Niam has agreed to purchase an office building comprising approximately 25,800 square meters and located in Vantaa, which is part of the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. Niam has also executed a long-term rental agreement for the premises with the single tenant. In addition to the office property, Niam acquired 50% of the shares in Martinparkki Oy, which owns the adjacent car park.
