Niam recruits Head of Project Development

Niam has hired Hans Lisserkers as Head of Project Development. At Niam, Mr. Lisserkers will be leading all development projects relating to the holdings in Niam’s real estate funds. Prior to joining Niam, Mr. Lisserkers spent 13 years with Skanska, a listed Swedish constructions company where Mr. Lisserkers most recently worked as the Business Development Director responsible for finding and creating new real estate projects within the Commercial Development division at Skanska Corporation in Stockholm, Sweden. Mr. Lisserkers will start his employment at Niam on May 1, 2012.
