Style and size from the new Smeg range cooker
Essex, UK (mynewsdesk), February 14 2011 – The Smeg range cooker enters the big leagues thanks to two generously proportioned models: the Smeg SY4110SS and the Smeg SY4110BL, both of which are available from leading UK white goods supplier Big Appliances . The range cookers, which are suitable for wider cooker gaps at an average width of 100cm, have been designed to deliver versatile cooking options in a striking professional look casing.
The casing of both examples of the range cooker has been designed by a top grade Italian design house, ensuring that Smeg (itself an Italian company) maintains its reputation for style as well as substance. The new Smeg range cooker family has a flat front segmented into four cavities: a main oven, a secondary oven and two grill areas.
The functionality of both the Smeg SY4110SS and the Smeg SY4110BL has been carefully considered. Users get eight programmable functions in the main oven cavity with a secondary oven that operates as a static electric cooking space.
The doors on the Smeg range cookers are triple glazed with internal heat reflective glass panes to ensure touch safe external surfaces and maximum energy efficiency. The energy efficiency on both Smeg ovens is exemplary, with A ratings and an average kilowatt hour consumption of 0.79.
In addition, both the Smeg SY4110SS and the Smeg SY4110BL feature a pyrolitic cleaning setting, which enables the oven to self clean preparatory to a going over with the normal cleaning products. The pyrolitic cleaning feature heats the interior of the oven to 500 degrees Centigrade, softening and removing most encrustations.
