Demand for Mystery Shopping services reaches an all time high.

2010 has seen that trend continuing, demand is soaring, with an increase in preliminary enquiries up 68% from this time last year. Clearly organisations are more confident about the outlook and are looking to ensure they are well placed to maximise their market share in these improving conditions.
