Narrow surge protection for I/Os and controllers

Press release -

Narrow surge protection for I/Os and controllers

Termitrab complete type 3 pluggable device protection from Phoenix Contact protects the 24 V power supply of end devices against surge voltages.

For example, potential distributionsystems consisting of din rail terminal blocks from the clipline complete range, in combination with PTCB electronic circuit breakers can be set up. When surge protection is required, protective devices from the Termitrab complete range of Surge Protection Devices which are of same shape and size can be incorporated. The diode technology used provides very high-quality fine protection against surges for sensitive electronics.

In the event of an overload, the protective plug is simply replaced – without having to interrupt the application. The TTC-6P-T3-24DC surge protective devices are available with Push-in connection technology as well as screw connection.
