Solution for encrypted VPN connections to China

The new version of the Phoenix Contact mGuard Secure Cloud now supports high-availability VPN connections to China and new router generations for the secure connection of machines and systems.

Encrypted VPN connections to machines and systems in China are becoming increasingly unreliable and at times not even possible at all due to legal restrictions. With the new premium ‘China VPN+’ service, the mGuard Secure Cloud provides a highly available and officially approved solution in cooperation with the Chinese authorities and the state provider, China Mobile. It can be used to establish encrypted VPN connections between mGuard devices in China and the mGuard Secure Cloud without compromising on security or data integrity.

With the support of the new ‘Cloud Client’ and ‘TC Router` device families, machines and systems can be connected flexibly to networks via cellular communication, WLAN, or wired connections and easily configured via the ‘VPN Builder’ function of the mGuard Secure Cloud. The new devices feature high security standards with firewall functionality, secure encryption algorithms, and flexible routing functionalities.
