The HTC One X Tops Our List Of Quad Core Smartphones

Not so long ago all smartphones boasted single core processor that handled all actions that the phone performed. Recently we have sen technology evolve very quickly. In 2011 we saw dual core devices hit the market and this year a range of super fast quad core phones have been released. We look at the best models for performance speeds including the excellent HTC One X.

The most popular device to be launched in 2012 is the excellent Samsung Galaxy S3. This phone is the successor to the excellent Galaxy S2 which broke global sales records. This is part of the reason behind the popularity of the new phone but it does boast some awesome spec which has attracted many new consumers towards the model. A key aspect of this model is the renowned Exynos 4412 chipset which is what helps the phone to offer such great performance speeds. The new HTC One X is the first quad core handset ever released by HTC and it is currently the flagship model in their range of devices. In the chipset department there is no model that can match what this great device offers. The model uses the Tegra 3 set up, a chipset widely regarded as the best available. A powerful 1.5Ghz quad core processor sits at the heart of this helping the model to deliver lightning fast speeds. There is a lot of quality to partner this speed and the great 4.7 inch screen and excellent Beats Audio technology help this model to be the ultimate quad core phone. There is another handset that uses the same Tegra 3 architecture and this is the new LG Optimus 4X HD. This great looking phone is also exceptionally fast and is a great alternative for consumer who want to stay away fro the more popular brands such as HTC and Samsung.

There are some truly great quad core smartphones currently available but the HTC One X is our favourite from the current crop of models. The model is very fast and offers a wealth of great features as well. The Galaxy S3 and the Optimus 4X HD are both also highly commended.
