Shalamar featuring Howard Hewett, Jeffrey Daniel and Carolyn Griffey announce a major UK tour for April 2016.

Shalamar perform classic songs such as A Night To Remember, Take That To The Bank, I Can Make You Feel Good, Friends, Make That Move, There It Is and I Owe You One. With 25 million record sales under their belts, Howard and Jeffrey, along with the newest member Carolyn Griffey drive audiences crazy with a dynamic blend of funky feel good music.

In 2015 the group played their first ever UK festival at Chilfest and are also booked in for Let’s Rock Bristol on June 4th 2016. The almost insatiable demand for funky dance music in the UK has rarely been stronger.

Howard Hewett - a Grammy award winning artist and one of the world's most soulful singers. With a tremendous back catalogue of solo work to complement his Shalamar activity, Howard has also collaborated with Stevie Wonder, Earth, Wind & Fire and George Duke to name but a few.

Carolyn Griffey - in addition to performing is heir to the Solar Records dynasty - the Sound of Los Angeles which brought classic RnB acts onto the world stage including Shalamar.

Shalamar – featuring Howard Hewett, Jeffrey Daniel and Carolyn Griffey will perform across the UK in April 2016 with their largest tour since the 1980's. Sixteen nationwide shows are confirmed - including dates in Birmingham, Ipswich, Sheffield, Brighton, London, Norwich, Minehead, Skegness, St Albans, Dartford, Cambridge, Liverpool, Belfast, Manchester, Newcastle and Glasgow.
