I have the new iPhone 4s!

As 8am approached the adrenaline kicked in and this gave me a huge energy rush!






I did an interview for ITV and there were scores of photographers before given a countdown for me to enter the Apple Store first! 

There seemed like hundreds of Apple staff cheering and waving as I ran in and purchased the first iPhone 4s followed closely behind by Duncan who was number 2. 

So many Apple staff shook my hand and it was such a surreal experience! I left the Apple Store a couple of minutes later and was greeted by a large amount of photographers and journalists who were all wanting to do interviews! 





Emma from my lifestyle PA greeted me and was looking after my equipment which was brilliant! 

I saw a couple of homeless people I'd spoken to and gave away some of my camping gear! It was pretty rushed to be honest! 

I felt like a mini celebrity and my head was buzzing! 

I think exhaustion then kicked in and Emma then helped me to the station before jumping on a train back to Coventry. 

I had a huge sense of relief and achievement that I'd done it a d survived 10 days camping outside the Apple Store for 10 nights! 

I nearly fell asleep on the train and was seriously trying to keep my eyes open and arrived back in Coventry this morning! 

I opened my front door and collapsed on my sofa and have only just woken up now! I think it's going to take a few days to get my sleeping pattern back to normal. 

I just want to say it's been an amazingly tough, brilliant experience that I will remember for life! 

I'm just checking out my new iPhone 4s and will give you a review tomorrow! 

My bed is now calling and I'm about to go and have a refreshing bath! 

Finally my girlfriend has just told me about a parcel that arrived for me after I'd already left to go down to London from a soldier from Afghanistan named Martin who had sent me a shoe box full of supplies including muesli, water from camp bastion and tea and coffee making facilities. 

It's been amazing! I'm now going to take a few days off but don't worry my blog posts will continue with posts reflecting on my experience and some of the things I didn't have time to mention whilst I was in line! 

Oh and I have a holiday in Dubai to look forward to given to me by DirectFlights.com
