    Following European Commission approval, Kongsberg Maritime parent company Kongsberg Gruppen (KONGSBERG) has today completed the acquisition of Rolls-Royce Commercial Marine (RRCM). Officially part of Kongsberg Maritime, RRCM will operate under the KONGSBERG brand and the Kongsberg Maritime legal entity.
