SkiStar Åre: Try down hill biking and get the lift pass for free at the 6th of June in Åre

In Åre , we celebrate the 6th of June by inviting everyone to test what the summer in the mountains has to offer. There is a possibility to try out a lot of activities for half the cost, for example hill-carting, zorbing, zipline, rafting and biking. Try different brands of bikes at the rental offices and get the lift pass for free when you run a test pass downhill.

During summer, the slopes of Åre turn into Åre Bike Park , a network of trails for alpine biking with different difficulty levels. The ranking is the same used in winter for the hills where green lead is classed as light, blue is moderate, red is advanced while the black is for experts.

During the National Day the WC-lift and funicular are open from 10:00 am to 16:00 pm. Take the opportunity to test different bicycle brands in the village rental offices and get the lift pass for free.

You can choose between the morning session at. 10:00 to 12:45 or the  afternoon session at 13:15 to 16:00. In addition to the lift pass from Skistar, the rent includes  protective gear with helmet and armor.
