Research reveals 43% feign illness to play party pooper

As the summer party season heats up research from Browns restaurants finds that 47% of people will feign illness to leave a party early, plus 54% favour a traditional paper invite, over an e-invite and discussing jobs is the most popular conversation opener. Ant & Dec top the poll for dream party guests (38%), followed by 23% picking Dawn French, Stephen Fry and David Walliams (18%).
