New Year? New You?

Happy New Year to you all, we are looking forward to another busy year at the Club welcoming our Members, Guests and prospective Members to Stoke Park throughout the year.

We hope you have all made your resolutions and thus far sticking to them, now is a great time to make full use of your Health Membership or to enquire about becoming a Member. Our Gym Team and Personal Trainers are on hand to help you achieve your goals for 2016, whether that’s to run your first long distance event, lose fat, gain muscle or simply raise your fitness levels.

And we have lots of gym classes, over 50 per week which can keep you active and some people find the group activity classes more motivating. From active Studio Classes to Hot Yoga, Pilates and Spinning – there really are more classes than we can find excuses for!

Or maybe 2016 is your year to learn something new, take up a new hobby, if you’re interested in a Tennis or Golf lesson then visit our website to see how our Golf Instructors and Tennis Coaches can help you this year.
