TV presenter and writer Anna Richardson is calling on stroke survivors, their friends and family in Watford to join the Stroke Association to take a Step Out for Stroke. The charity is hosting one of its walks in Cassiobury Park at 11am on Saturday 14 July, and everyone is welcome.

Rachael Elliott, 40 from Newbury, is taking part in a fundraising walk for the Stroke Association, the charity that supported her after she had a stroke that left her unable to move her eyes up and down. The Step Out for Stroke fundraising walk will take place at Goldsworth Park Lake on Saturday 22 July 2018.
