Witnesses sought following shed burglary in Esher

Did you notice anything suspicious on the Kingston Bypass in Esher on New Year’s Eve?

We’re appealing for members of the public to come forward with dash cam footage and information after a burglary in Hinchley Wood, Esher, where a large quantity of tools were stolen from a shed.
Investigating officer, PC Rachael Jordan, from the Elmbridge Neighbourhood Policing Team, said “Three of the stolen items were recovered along the fence line between the victim’s home and the Kingston Bypass. Other stolen items include power tools, fishing equipment, so if you’ve been offered these for sale recently, in suspicious circumstances, please let us know.”
The burglary is thought to have occurred between 1pm on Monday, 31 January and 8.30am on Tuesday, 1 January. If you have information which could be of use to our investigation, please call 101, quoting reference PR/45190000128.
